SHIPPING & RETURNS
I currently only offer shipping to the United States.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I do not accept returns or refunds, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
ITEMS RETURNED TO ME OR UNDELIVERABLE
If the customer does not input the correct address or an error on the customers’ part results in the package being returned to me, I am not responsible for shipping the item again. I will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again.
If an error on my part resulted in the package being returned to me, I will ship the item again to the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You have 14 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify me of a damaged item. Please email email@example.com with pictures to prove the damage to the item. Please also provide your order number. Once accepted, a new item will be provided and shipped within 5 business days. If you have not received your item after 10 business days from receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
PACKAGES MARK "DELIVERED" BUT MISSING
If your package is listed as delivered, but missing, follow these steps:
Verify that the address you entered at checkout is correct. It is your responsibility to check the correct shipping address for every order.
Check other doors/entrances, yards, and ask your neighbors.
Call your local post office to see if the package is there. If not, they should provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of delivery.
File a missing package claim with USPS.
File a missing package report with your local police station.
Living Vertical is not responsible for missing packages that are marked as "delivered." Packages cannot be replaced unless you provide both the police report and USPS report for the missing package.
